(Also, there's probably some faulty math coming up, because I changed the time day starts and didn't both going through and fixing everything.)

Hi everyone! We're going to try something a little different - having a side game run at about the same time as a main game. Don't freak out. We'll make it work. This game will start at least a week after game 11, the desert island game. Signups are officially open. You know what else is open? Theme voting! That's a thing we haven't really done in a while. I actually have no pre-chosen theme so please, throw out some ideas. Theme voting will close next Tuesday, December 4. Signups will close the following Thursday, and we'll begin the game Friday night. Sound good? Good. Awesome.

Okay, there's no theme, but there's a new style. The game is going to begin at 10 pm EST on Friday, December 7. People with night actions will have twelve hours to PM me. That's where it gets fun. Pay attention now. Are you with me?

Day One will begin at 10 am on Saturday, December 8. It will end no later than 10 pm on Monday, December 10. That's three days. HOWEVER, it can be shorter. Instead of waiting until the end of the day phase and hanging whoever has the most votes, the day will end as soon as someone has a majority of the votes. For instance, if there are 20 people alive, then as soon as someone gets eleven votes, that person will be lynched. The eleventh vote is the hammer vote, the one that determines the lynch. There are no take-backsies, no last-minute attempts to change your vote once the hammer has been cast. The day is just over. Granted, I might not be online that very minute, so you may have to wait for the evening scene, but I will look at time stamps and such and go by that. Once the lynch scene has been posted, I will decide how long night will be. I'll be as consistent as possible; day should always begin at 7 am (except the first day because screw that), but if there's a lynch by 7:30, night will probably be 23.5 hours long, if the lynch is at 6 am, night will be 28 hours, and if it's at 10 pm night will be 12 hours. I will tell everyone at the end of the scene what time to be back for the next day, and I will try to PM the living members. If no member ever achieves over 50% - that is, out of 20 people, no one gets 11 votes - then whoever has the most votes at the end of three days (the maximum time of the day phase) will be lynched.

ALTERNATIVE: I can always post the lynch scene at 10 pm, no matter what time the hammer is cast. This means you could wait a few minutes, several hours, or even almost a full day to get the lynch scene, depending on what time the hammer is cast. So let me know if you'd rather have random-length nights or have to wait for the lynch scenes.

Whatever we end up doing, I will do my best to make sure everyone knows what phase we are in at all times, as well as what time the next phase is expected to begin.

Since I personally can't think of any themes to suggest and I'm interested in seeing how the website theme would work, I will also vote for the website theme.

Would anyone be interested in doing the Avengers as a theme? I'm gonna throw that out there, not because I don't want to do websites, but because there are no other options now and I want people to feel free to vote for or suggest another theme.

I really want a hunger games theme at some point! And that kind of works with the time limit because sometimes there's a long time between kills and sometimes they happen really fast. But maybe I'm over-analyzing this...

Actually, yeah, Hunger Games would be cool... I still really want to do websites though.
